Current Progress Foundation & Structure: Foundation works are 100% complete, including base and substructure. Main structural elements, including walls and columns, are fully erected for all floors. Roof installation is 85% complete, with final fittings and waterproofing in progress. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP): Electrical and plumbing rough-ins are complete up to the third floor, with final fixtures and fittings beginning on lower levels. HVAC system installations are underway on floors one and two, with ductwork and vent placements completed. Fire safety systems are in the installation phase, including alarms, sprinklers, and emergency exit signs. Interior & Finishing Works: Interior partition walls are complete in all residential units. Plastering and drywall installation is 60% completed, with painting scheduled to begin by mid-October. Tiling work has commenced on the lower floors, with 40% completion across bathrooms and kitchens. Exterior & Landscaping: Façade cladding is 75% complete, with final sections expected to be finished in the upcoming month.
