   Gatehouse Fully Built

Construction Update: Gatehouse Completed at Emerald Grove Estate We're pleased to share that the gatehouse at the main entrance of Emerald Grove Estate has been built. Why it matters The gatehouse is the estate's first line of security. Once it's operational, it will control access for residents, visitors, and service providers, so only authorised people can enter. A secure, managed entrance is one of the things buyers ask about most, and it's a key part of making Emerald Grove a safe, well-run community to live in. The gatehouse also gives the estate its first impression. It marks the transition from the outside road into a planned, organised environment and sets the standard for the rest of the development. What this means for buyers For homeowners and buyers on payment plans or mortgages, every completed piece of infrastructure is visible proof that the project is moving forward. Finishing the gatehouse shows that work on site is active and progressing toward the full estate. What's next Construction continues across Emerald Grove, and we'll keep you updated as each phase is completed. Upcoming updates will cover the internal road network and perimeter fencing. See it for yourself At Giddaa, we believe you should never have to take progress on trust alone. If you're a buyer or considering a home at Emerald Grove Estate, your Giddaa agent can share recent photos and videos from the site, walk you through the construction timeline, or arrange an inspection visit. Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their homeownership journey. We'll keep you informed every step of the way. "Emerald Grove" is a made-up name. If this goes on a real listing, swap in the actual estate name so buyers aren't confused.
