Project Overview This report provides a detailed construction update on ongoing site progress as of the end of September 2024, highlighting key milestones, completed tasks, and remaining stages of work. Current Progress Foundation & Structure: Foundation works are 100% complete, including base and substructure. Main structural elements, including walls and columns, are fully erected for all floors. Roof installation is 85% complete, with final fittings and waterproofing in progress. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP): Electrical and plumbing rough-ins are complete up to the third floor, with final fixtures and fittings beginning on lower levels. HVAC system installations are underway on floors one and two, with ductwork and vent placements completed. Fire safety systems are in the installation phase, including alarms, sprinklers, and emergency exit signs. Interior & Finishing Works: Interior partition walls are complete in all residential units. Plastering and drywall installation is 60% completed, with painting scheduled to begin by mid-October. Tiling work has commenced on the lower floors, with 40% completion across bathrooms and kitchens. Exterior & Landscaping: Façade cladding is 75% complete, with final sections expected to be finished in the upcoming month. Exterior paint and finishing work have begun, with 30% of the exterior completed. Landscaping design has been finalized, with groundwork set to begin by the end of October. Health & Safety Compliance All construction activities continue to adhere to health and safety protocols, with regular audits ensuring compliance.
